Thank you for supporting handmade art! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time: Many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or after art shows, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
Estimated Delivery TimesOnce shipped, estimated UPS transit times are typically:
- Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on distance from Little Rock, AR)
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at ups.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 5 business days of delivery at ArtECobb@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. ArtECobb is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
